YOURSELF AT YOUR JOB INTERVIEW

Arrive on time

Complete a company application form entirely. Do not write "see
resume".

Greet individuals with a firm handshake and maintain good eye contact throughout
your interview.

Make a presentable appearance. Be neat, clean, and dress conservatively. Avoid
strong colognes and perfumes, and tobacco products.
5.
Watch your posture. Don’t slouch, yawn, or display signs of nervousness.
6.
Notice the tone, quality, and volume of your voice. Avoid using slang, street
language, and other non-professional verbal conduct.
7.
Speak with a feeling of confidence and enthusiasm. Use proper grammar. Speak
slowly and distinctly. Do not give one or two word answers, but avoid talking
too much.
8.
Answer all questions accurately, honestly, frankly, and promptly.
9.
Avoid mention of your personal, domestic, or financial troubles.
10.
Avoid questions about benefits, vacations, stock options, etc..
